Prayer Pose
For Prayer Pose (or Prayer Mudra), the palms of the hands are flat together. The positive side of the body (right, or masculine) and the negative side (left, or feminine) are neutralized. Generally this pose is placed at the Heart Center on the midline of the sternum and used to center yourself in preparing for doing a kriya, but is called for in other postures as well.
