Get a HELP DESK person to address technical problems
I have not been able to use the app because it tells me to renewal subscription. When I try to do this, nothing happens and no one from Kundalini Mobile can help me. Meanwhile Apple keeps charging me and I have no service...
Sat Mandir: Ultimately, I had to contact Apple as they had somehow denied or restricted access to the Kundalini Mobile App after installing IOS9 on my iPad. They had to send me a direct link in order to reload it. The instructions you listed below did not work. Just an FYI in case others go through the same experience I did. I am glad to have it working again. Thanks-
As I mentioned in the email, you need to tap on the "ipad only" text on the top left of the app store, and change it to "iphone only". Only then will you be able to see the app in the ipad app store.
To explain further, the app was not specifically built for the ipad. However, apple still allows apps designed for the iphone to be run on the ipad, but won't show them by default in the app store.
The next version of the app should support ipads by default.
Sat Mandir Khalsa, thanks for responding to my email but the app still doesn't work with the new IOS9 update on the iPad. Will you be creating a fix for this? Even when I go to the app store (from my iPad) and look for the app it no longer appears as available to download. The app, on the app store for iPad doesn't exist with the new IOS9 update. I love this app and I hope this gets fixed.
