add a spinal warm-up to the sets
A warm-up set could include sufi grind, spinal flex, life nerve stretch, etc.
Maybe include a few different warm up sets that we could go to after tuning in.
Thanks for your suggestion. Are you requesting that we add a specific warm-up set? Or just suggesting that we include some warm up exercises with each of the existing sets?
If it's the latter, considering that warm-ups are usually taught at the discretion of the teacher (or the yogi herself when practicing on her own), how do you see these being included in a structured way while still allowing users the flexibility of choice?
